30-day returns. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
How to start a return. Email social.signalsource@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about what you'd like to return, and we'll send you return instructions.
Refunds. Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost — just reach out and let us know.
